How do I place an order?
There are 3 ways to place an order;

Do you provide Shop Drawings?
Yes! Please email your request including all specifications directly to our team at orders@primarkinc.com for us to review so we can provide you with shop drawings and submittals
Do you accommodate custom requests?
Yes! In order to accommodate custom work, Primark requires all details and specifications of what you want made or replicated. You can send these details in the form of a formal specification or by providing a list of details to orders@primarkinc.com
Do I have to provide a PO?
We require a PO if directly invoicing your company and as your approval to proceed, otherwise we also accept all major credit cards for payment.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Primark uses a local courier service for GTA local and site deliveries and FedEx is used for all national shipments. Delivery fees will be added to your final invoice if required.
